Here’s how it works: every week I’ll post a refreshed list of scores I’d personally recommend to friends—or buy myself, if I had less restraint. Prices are for real-world budgets, the sellers are strangers, and the thrill of the find is all yours to claim. If you’re quick enough.

I don’t know these sellers. I just like their wares. Please check the condition of the items, description, and measurements carefully for yourself beyond just simply price and brand name to ensure fit.

Summer suiting a great price point if this is your size. The jacket is an XL, and the pants are 36x29. You can read about the pant here but this color + the jacket are no longer sold. Double breasted is in if you have been out of the loop.

J. Crew Brown Barn Jacket sz M $80 (auction)
This is not the exact jacket, but the listing photos were sh*t so I took liberties. Its nearly identical. Big pouch pockets, wrist adjusters, plaid lining, corduroy collar, all the makings of a classic fall staple. Seller says its vintage, but I can’t confirm with the terrible photos.

Jacket + pants listed separately by the same seller. Again, with the summer suiting. This time its a cotton searksucker set in a more summer appropriate brown color. I’m big into sets and am looking for myself for the spring-fall season as I love monochromatic outfits.

Grateful Dead Corduroy Hat $25
Bonus if you’re a Chicago Bears fan? This is neutral enough you don’t need to be though. This is a nice pop of color while adding visual interest through the corduroy that feels vintage-inspired if it isn’t actually.

Robert Wayne Brown Moc-Toe Derby US10.5 $90
Ok, so you don’t want to pay for Paraboots, or even Klemans. How about these? You aren’t going to find derby’s for cheaper, and these look solid. More specifically that lug looks solid. Dip a toe and care for these while you save up for the the lifelong pair.

Denim Supply Ralph Lauren Crewneck Sweater sz L $50
I won’t hesitate to throw in any vintage/varsity/athletic sweats into the mix. Denim Supply is an older Ralph Lauren line. Navy goes with so much. 6-7 is so in with the kids, and stitched/repaired numbers are awesome.

Novesta Canvas Sneakers sz 43 $40
An alternative to Moonstar, Vans, Converse, or Reproduction of Found, Novesta makes these slightly taller sillouette canvas sneakers I actually prefer. This colorway is fun, but these come in nearly every color on their website if you’re curious. A 43 is ~US10.

NWT Filson Tin Cloth Dopp Kit $55
Retails for $79, but sold out. Not clothes, but you should really throw away that sh*tty excuse you carry your toiletries in and invest in something…better. A plastic bag or the dopp bag your mom got you from TJ Maxx when you went to college five years ago is past due. Your mom will understand. Having owned more than my fair share of Filson products, I can’t recommend enough. Tin cloth is essentially waxed canvas.
